Louisiana will let you be a teacher with just a high school diploma, that is if you are the sister, niece, preachers wife etc. of the Principal of the school. Easy peasy, all they do is claim that there was a shortage of teachers, install one of their relatives in a classroom with an emergency teaching certificate.  Then they just keep renewing the certificate while the &#8217;emergency teacher&#8217; pursues  his or her degree at the rate of 1 class per year.   With all the additional loopholes that can be exploited, that position can turn out like Mubarak&#8217;s presidency.]]></description>
