Once more demonstrating the tolerance that makes it a model “onto the nations,” Israeli property owners explain why Ethiopian Jews, Felisha Jews, should be excluded from living in the small building as that of superior White Jews: “...in order to preserve the apartment’s value and the building’s value.”

Yes, apparently a Black neighbor brings down property value. This is not just subtle racism that exists in almost all countries, but official policy that the tenets state without any sense of shame.

“...a real estate agent from Ashkelon, arrived at a building in one of the southern city’s neighborhoods recently with a couple of new immigrants, and was shocked to discover that the place has a policy of not selling apartments to Ethiopians.

A thorough investigation revealed that this policy is shared by all of the building’s tenants, and perhaps the residents of additional buildings in the area as well – most of them of Russian descent.”

Further, Ethiopian children are often denied admission to schools simply because they’re Black. What would Obama say? O’ I know, nothing. But it if was an Arab country Obama would righteously - and justifiably - scold them.

Of course, there is nothing in Israeli society that would make it more racist toward Blacks than any other society. And Blacks are treated just as badly in neighboring Arab countries, sometimes worse. Nonetheless, we often hear about how great a melting pot Israel is, when in fact not only are Arab-Israelis discriminated against but Felisha, Sephardi and Mizrahi Jews as well.

This is because in addition to being racist toward Palestinians, Zionism is also condesending to all non-Western Jews. The founder of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, spoke about how Zionism was a European Jewish mission and how it was unfortunate that instead of European Jews populating Israel in large numbers, instead Jews from outside Europe would have to populate it; because the Holocaust killed most European Jews.

The Jews of Europe were “the leading candidates for citizenship in the State of Israel. Hitler, more than he hurt the Jewish people, whom he knew and detested, hurt the Jewish State, whose coming he did not foresee. He destroyed the substance, the main and essential building force of the [Jewish] state. The state arose and did not find the nation which had waited for it.”

He later added that Sephardi Jews are “savages” and must be schooled. “Even the immigrant of North Africa, who looks like a savage, who has never read a book in his life, not even a religious one, and doesn’t even know how to say his prayers, either wittingly or unwittingly has behind him a spiritual heritage of thousands of years. . . .”. This is why Israel needs to embrace universal rights and equality of all people.
