The Curious Case of Benjamin Button dominated the Oscar nominations today as the film received 13 nominations; including Best Picture and Best Actor for Brad Pitt.

I saw Button during opening week, and although I enjoyed the film I’m not so sure it’s worthy of such recognition.

Best Cinematography
Best Visual Effects
Best Sound Mixing
Best Score
Best Make Up
Best Film Editing
Best Custom Design

I can tell you it won’t win for Best Picture (Slumdog will), or Brad Pitt (Mickey Rourke), or Best Director.
