The rumors mill that Apple is planning to introduce a new iPhone at their annual June conference has just got more information to add to its case.
The United States Patent Office reports that in the past few weeks Apple, Inc. has filed two new patents. They patents are available for public viewing, but vague in nature.

Nonetheless, it is clear that at least one if not both of the patents are related to motion sensory. The Apple already includes motion sensory. For instance, the iPhone can since when it is near person’s head; a sensory dedicated to preserving energy by dimming when it is put against an ear.
But in the past Apple has spoken vaguely about the need for sensory that can recognize whether the iPhone is held by someone walking or jogging, and respond accordingly.
If someone has an attached iPhone and is jogging, there may be a sensory that will allow for a unique way to answer the phone.
What Apple has in store is, of course, all still a matter of speculation. And even if Apple has patented a motion sensory it may not be available on the new iPhone expected to be unveiled this June; Apple may still be developing such a sensory for a model further down the future.
In any case, what is at least expected in the new iPhone is video recoding. Currently the exceptional iPhone does not have any video capability, a clear drawback given that the capability is available even on the most standard of phones. But Apple is expected to finally add video this June. And rumor has it that the new iPhone, again if there is one, will also include the first-ever front camera for video chat. That addition in itself would be groundbreaking, but we will all have to wait till the June conference.
Apple’s conferences are known to seldom disappoint in product line up and in the general showmanship. Whatever is unveiled, let’s hope that Steve Jobs is back on his feet and will be doing the talking.

”will also include the first-ever front camera for video chat. That addition in itself would be groundbreaking”
no it would not be groundbreaking at all as since 3g has ever existed in europe they have had dual camera phones with video telephony. I remember I had my first mobile phone call with my parents around 2003.
the reason for which the mobile companies do not sell them in america is that they would not work as Americas 3G is only comparable to Europe’s EDGE connection. I do not understand why we as a nation have a 3rd world communications infrastructure compared to Europe.
